Order process and payment terms:<\/b><\/p>

  • Free quote:<\/b> Within about a week, we\u2019ll prepare a detailed quote, which we can fine-tune together until we reach the final version.<\/p><\/li>

  • Deposit and production:<\/b> Production starts after payment of a 50% deposit<\/b> of the total amount. Once the instrument is finished, the remaining balance is paid up to the full agreed price. <\/p><\/li>

  • Cancellation terms:<\/b> You have the right to cancel production within one week<\/b> of paying the deposit, with a full refund. If you cancel later in the production process (after the first week), we retain 50% of the paid deposit to cover costs. <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Production timeline and delivery:<\/b> The standard build time is 5 to 6 weeks<\/b> from the date the deposit is credited to our account. For special requests or demanding details, this timeframe may be extended\u2014we\u2019ll inform you in advance.
